Quotes and bookings

Prices and timeframes shown on this site, or given in response to an enquiry, are estimates only and are not binding until we confirm your job in writing.

A quote is based on the details you give us. If the freight, weight, dimensions, pickup or delivery details change, the price and timeframe may change too.

Carriage of freight

Transport services are carried out under the written conditions of carriage and insurance terms we provide with each confirmed job. Those terms set out how your freight is handled, what is covered, and the limits that apply.

Where there is any inconsistency between these website terms and the conditions of carriage for a specific job, the conditions of carriage for that job apply.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about the freight, including its weight, size, value and any handling or safety requirements.

• Declare any dangerous, hazardous or restricted goods before pickup.
• Make sure the freight is properly packaged and ready for transport.
• Arrange safe and lawful access at the pickup and delivery points.
• Tell us about any site inductions, permits or escort requirements.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, charges are payable on the terms set out in your confirmed quote or invoice. Additional costs may apply for changes, delays or access issues outside our control.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error free, and it should not be relied on as professional advice.

Our liability for transport services is governed by the conditions of carriage for each job. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
